Our investor network focuses on service accommodation - properties positioned for short-let. Here's what typically works well.
Location
Properties in or near city centres, transport hubs, tourist areas, and strong business districts. UK-wide - we're not restricted to one region.
Property Type
Apartments and houses from 1 to 5+ bedrooms. The property doesn't need to be furnished - the investor's staging partner handles that.
Lease Permissions
Properties need to permit short-let use - either freehold or with a compliant lease. We can advise on whether your property's terms are suitable.
Availability
Properties currently vacant, coming to end of a tenancy, or where an existing arrangement isn't working. We can work around most timelines.
